Deposit, payment, and cancellation policy:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of $300, or 20%, plus the booking fee is required, payable by credit card or check (10% of total rate for bookings of 4 weeks or more). The balance is due by check 30 days prior to arrival (60 day prepayment for bookings of 3 weeks or more). Our rental agency will mail confirmation and check-in information after receipt of your deposit (all deposits, taxes, and final payments are collected by our rental agency on the island). Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less $30.00 cancellation fee. Any notice of fewer than 90 days, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-rent for the full term of your reservation.
Optional cancellation insurance, damage insurance, airline reservations, and car rentals are all available through our rental agency.
