Captiva Shores unit 7A is a townhouse with two floors, up and down. It is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath unit. The upstairs is comprised of a master bedroom and the downstairs has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a large screened lanai.
Master
bedroom suite with a king size bed, a sitting area with TV, and a full bath.
The living room has a large leather sofa, a large overstuffed chair with ottoman, a coffee table, and an armoire with a new TV, VCR, and DVD player.
A beautiful glass top table with fabric covered parsons chairs compliments
the dining room. There is also an étagère which holds a stereo with a CD player
for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is gorgeous and brand new with all new appliances and granite counter tops. It is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, disposal, blender, a hand mixer, a coffee maker, a teakettle, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, as well as many other utensils -- everything you need to cook if you so desire.
We have two more bedrooms. One has two twin beds and a TV, a nightstand and large dresser with mirror and a chair. The other bedroom has a trundle bed with a mattress that pops up (or not) and can be arranged to make a king size bed if needed. That room has a small lingerie chest and a large dresser with mirror.
The half bath is right off the kitchen and is where the washer and dryer are located. There is another full size bath on the first floor and that has a fabulous Jacuzzi, directly across from the first floor bedrooms.
We have two covered parking spaces underneath the unit with a storage room where there are beach chairs and water toys for your use. There is also an outside shower to get that sand off before you go inside.
