Enjoy a luxurious and completely relaxing vacation on glorious Captiva Island in our newly decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse, that sleeps 6 comfortably. Our townhouse is on 2 floors and has a gulf front view. There is a large screened lanai with a table and chairs where you can sit and watch the water and the dolphins and the herons and the unbelievable sunsets.

Captiva is a tropical island with the most pristine beaches in Florida. You will experience unspoiled island culture in an atmosphere that is a little quieter and a little less hurried.

Captiva Shores is a cozy complex with just 8 buildings and lots of foliage. We have gulf to bay access. We have a dock with slip for boaters available for a weekly charge.

There is an ample-sized heated pool for your pleasure. Two covered parking spaces are provided underneath the unit with a storage room where there are beach chairs and water toys for your use.

Townhouse 7A has just been remodeled and all the bathrooms are brand new as well as the kitchen. The upstairs has a master suite with a king size bed, a sitting area with a TV, and a full bath. Downstairs has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a jacuzzi and lovely bamboo floors throughout.
